Shine Together Community Projects CIC is a community-led support network created to help children, young people, and families feel supported, connected, and empowered.
We work with families who may be experiencing isolation, financial pressure, or barriers to accessing affordable educational and wellbeing support.
Our mission is simple:
to make sure no family feels like they are doing it alone.
We bring together education, wellbeing, and community support in a way that is accessible, affordable, and rooted in real-life needs.
What We Do
We offer a blend of support designed around families—not systems.
Family & Community Support
Safe, welcoming sessions where families can connect, reduce isolation, and access guidance and signposting to relevant services.
Learning Support & Tutoring
Affordable 1:1 and small group sessions in Maths and English, designed to build confidence and close learning gaps for children aged 7–16.
Enrichment & Holiday Programmes
Holiday clubs, themed workshops, and creative activities that provide safe, structured, and enriching experiences for children.
Parent & Carer Support
Practical support, advice, and community spaces for parents and carers who are navigating additional challenges, including SEND needs, school engagement, and wellbeing pressures.

Learning Diagnostic Assessment – £50
A detailed assessment of your child’s learning in key areas of maths and literacy. You will receive clear insights into current attainment and a personalised learning recommendation plan.
1:1 Tuition
Personalised tutoring designed to improve confidence, understanding, and progress in maths and literacy.
Small group learning sessions designed to build confidence, improve core skills, and support progress in maths and literacy.
